You can set up anytime after 8:00 AM August 30.  You are responsible for all of your equipment including but not limited to grills, tents, utensils, and food and fuel with the exception of the ribs. Our rib vendor will provide you with one rack of back ribs for the competition (we will provide 1.5 to 1.75 pound racks).  You can purchase additional racks of ribs at market price as needed.  The ribs will be judged on appearance, taste, texture and flavor.  You have the option of saucing the ribs before presentation or presenting them dry with sauce on the side.  The judging will be base upon the overall score.  You will be assigned a time for presenting your ribs to the judges on the day of the event.    Call 715 634-8974 with questions.

 

This year you have the option of selling ribs to the public.  We will start serving the public at 11:00 am and continue to serve food until 7:00 pm.  You can order additional racks of back ribs to insure your supply on the day of the event.  Call us for a price quote when you are ready to register.  All sales will be by tickets.  You can charge any price in multiples of $1.00.  We will pay you 75 cents for every ticket returned to us.
